CRO Specialist

Are you commercially skilled, motivated to drive engagement and improve the customer journey? We are now looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist. As an Optimisation Specialist, you are an expert within Conversion Rate Optimisation and you act as an adviser for the most complex and sizeable projects with a major impact.

About this opportunity 
Focusing on analysis, optimisation and management of our CRO programme, you’ll engage and build strong connections with key stakeholders to prioritise, plan and drive improvement in line with our business strategy. Through the Web Analytics & Online Optimization team you will help influence and inform business at all stages of CRO process by ensuring insights and strategic recommendations are delivered to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has an analytical and customer centric mindset, is naturally inquisitive about drivers and friction points impacting conversion. The candidate also demonstrates an understanding of audience segments and journeys using existing data and customer behaviour insight research.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with other UX, content specialists, POs or other stakeholder such as regional directors to plan, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests that drive higher CR, better user engagement, and improved overall UX. 
  • You’ll contribute to pushing the digital customer journey forward together with the team and the local stakeholders. 
  • Act as subject matter expert on A/B testing best practices, keeping up with industry updates to bring change and innovation to our processes. 
  • Communication is key to collaboration. You clearly provide tests planned and results and share best practices to POs to deliver the changes in a CICD format
  • Report on learnings using key metrics and dashboard and clearly prioritise value based tests in agreement with stakeholders
  • Continuously drive the Ecommerce conversion KPIs related tests. 

The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your experience and background: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: conversion rate optimization, digital customer experience analytics, or A/B or multivariate testing program management. 
  • Strong analytics skills and a data-driven approach with solid commercial experience. 
  • Experience with major web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, VWO, Optimizely etc. (Familiarity with VWO, google analytics, Microsoft clarity is considered a plus.)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and pick up new technologies quickly.
