As our new CRM Automation & Lifecycle Specialist, you’ll design and refine sophisticated, automated customer journeys that make every interaction meaningful. Working hands-on with our Bloomreach platform, you’ll ensure that each flow is timely, relevant, and engaging. This role combines technical know-how with strategic thinking and close collaboration across global teams to power our marketing and loyalty programmes.
Your key responsibilities are to:
- Create and optimise lifecycle and trigger-based flows in Bloomreach to deliver personalised experiences across markets.
- Collaborate with local teams to promote best practices and maintain global consistency.
- Plan and run A/B tests to improve performance and engagement.
- Manage data quality and troubleshoot technical issues together with IT for smooth execution.
- Drive cross-functional projects that scale automation and enhance customer journeys.
A hands-on, detail-driven marketing technologist
You’re someone who blends technical skills with creativity to make data-driven journeys feel personal and impactful. You thrive on managing complex workflows, collaborating across borders, and turning ideas into automated experiences that customers love.
We imagine you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in marketing automation (around 3+ years) and advanced flow execution.
- Expertise in Bloomreach or similar platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
- Ability to design personalised journeys that boost engagement and retention.
- Basic coding skills (Jinja/HTML) and a knack for using AI tools to optimise workflows.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
