Plan our future collections to maximise value growth
Joining Global Merchandising at our HQ in Denmark, you will become part of our newly established Collection Merchandising and Planning team. Here, you will work alongside 3 dedicated colleagues to create a clear, strategic framework for the development of our future collections.
As our Collection Planner, you will analyse data and insights from previous seasons, measure deliverables against strategic KPIs, plan ahead, set targets for future collections, follow up and adjust.
Covering all business areas, from footwear to accessories, you will:
- Work with colleagues across our organisation to gather information, communicate targets and report findings
- Analyse industry trends and market changes to understand consumers, competitors, pricing and products
- Produce and deliver solid analytical business reporting to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Prepare and define cross-brand seasonal targets
- Assess merchandise and collection KPIs, ensuring that these meet our objectives
You know how to gather information and visualise it
You are known for your sharp mind and critical thinking as well as your ability to collect, organise and analyse data. But what really sets you apart is your ability to communicate with colleagues across the organisation and visualise data. You know how to present data to different types of thinkers in the organisation in a comprehensive and consolidated format.
Moreover, you are just the right fit if you have:
- A few years of experience in merchandising, planning, buying, controlling or equivalent
- Experience within Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies as well as process and information flow
- Great communication skills in English
