Be at the forefront of our P&C transformation journey and make a lasting impact.

You’ll become part of a very collaborative team, that has worked hard to get this transformation underway. We’re still in the initial phases and as our change management expert, you can really make an impact here” explains Lise-Lotte Perregaard Thorsen, Group Senior Director, Global People Operations & Services.

Set a clear direction for global changes
As part of our dynamic People & Culture team of 15 dedicated professionals, you will lead change management efforts for critical & impactful projects and global roll-out of the new HCM platform, which includes standardized global P&C business processes.

You will play a key role in this transformation as you become responsible for the development and execution of the change management and communication strategies that will ensure that everyone is onboard across the organisation.

More specifically you can look forward to:

  • Preparing and distributing regular updates, newsletters, and other communication materials
  • Designing and implementing training for self-service tools and new processes
  • Tracking change adoption and adapting strategies to maintain momentum and achieve long-term impact

Experience in global change management
You have a practical understanding of how to engage diverse stakeholders and bring change to life. Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to ensure alignment and engagement across leadership and diverse teams. Likewise, your adaptability enables you to solve challenges in an everchanging environment.

We also imagine that you bring:

  • Expert knowledge in organisational change management
  • Project management experience having successfully lead change management projects
  • The ability to lead change management efforts for large-scale programs that stretch across several years
