Job Summary:

To ensure the development pattern and operational working of the development procedures with a view to realizing the objectives agreed upon for ECCO Thailand, including;
     • Development of pattern for production
     • Standard product and procedures of production.
     • Information of development patterns is correctly.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility for the development of the products with following fields and assignment

     • Following plan of development of products is carried out efficacious by following procedures of development and they are finished on time
        Control and give advice to ensure that the work instruction meets the ECCO standard and it is practical.
     • Follow-up and assist the pre-production. Make sure that product meet the agreed standard and solve the problem if they don’t meet the  agreed standard

The overall responsibility for produce all of the samples with following fields of responsibility and assignment

     • To ensure all development are made with the correct technical specification and agreed instructions are followed.
     • To ensure P4 are finished on time. Fit tested and actions are initiated and supervised.

Responsibility for information flow of personnel key figures including;

     • Ensure good relation with all departments in ECCO Thailand and external parties.
     • Ensure the product is being prepared with good quality, production friendly and cost effective.
     • To assist and train local constructors in all construction and related matters and to upgrade their general knowledge about shoe construction

Experiences & Requirements:

• Bachelor, Diploma or Similar
• 3-5 years of experience in the area of Shoe Manufacturing/footwear
• In-depth knowledge in shoemaking process and pattern making.
• Able to check on shoe patterns, spec sheet, BOM, etc,
• Working with CAD Construction
