Taking Business Resilience in ECCO to the next level
In this newly established role, you’ll be part of ECCO’s Group Financial Planning & Analysis department, working closely with the Group Director, Business Resilience. Together with a temporary junior resource, you’ll form the core of a new team focused on strengthening ECCO’s global resilience capabilities.
Your mission? To support and drive initiatives across Risk Management, Cost Management, Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Insurance Management. You’ll be hands-on, analytical, and collaborative, helping ECCO prepare for the unexpected and bounce back stronger.
As you settle into the role, you’ll quickly take ownership of projects and drive the drafting of key policies. you’ll be supporting business workshops and handling complex initiatives. By the end of your first year, you’ll be independently running parts of workshops, contributing to ECCO’s crisis management setup, and confidently navigating a diverse stakeholder landscape.
Given the critical nature of the function, confidentiality and flexibility are key personal treats. Particularly in relation to business continuity and crisis-related tasks. Occasional travel must be expected.
Your responsibilities will be to
- Support and lead Business Resilience initiatives across ECCO globally.
- Conduct research and analysis supporting decision-makers at senior levels.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for Group and Executive Management.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute projects and programmes within the scope of resilience.
What you bring is an analytical mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and eagerness to learn
To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Engineering or similar.
- Early-career experience in projects, programmes, or corporate functions, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/BI tools.
Additionally, you bring effective communication skills in English, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. Your approach is grounded in integrity and teamwork, making you a valuable contributor to a professional and inclusive environment.
