Transformation Lead

Do you want to drive big transformation projects and make a direct impact in a global company where everything you do makes a difference – and where your finest task is to transform strategy into tangible actions?

We are building a new team purely consisting of change specialists – and we have a strong mandate to drive digital transformation across ECCO. I would like to call us “Team Awesome”, because this is the best team you will ever work in” says Digital Transformation Programme Director Sune Edmund Pedersen.

You break strategies into concrete initiatives and projects
Based out of either our HQ in Tønder or our new Digital-hub in Copenhagen, you will join the new Digital Transformation Programme Office team, where 4-7 change champions will be leading, facilitating and supporting the digital transformation journey for ECCO with a time horizon of 5 years.

As the transformation lead, you will lead larger projects and initiatives within the digital transformation programme with a focus on trust, collaboration, and value creation. Doing so, you will be the one who brings to life the digital strategy for a specific business area through formulation of actual, tangible projects together with business managers.

Because you are stepping into new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our tasks – but we imagine that you will be:

  • Designing, planning and rolling out larger systemic changes across the organisation
  • Designing training with internal or external partners
  • Working closely with project managers on each project, where you have the bigger and commercial overview and insight
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement processes within the team and in selected teams across the organisation

Because we work with global projects, we do expect your role to involve travelling, though this aspect is not completely defined. But we do know that you will be travelling to Tønder on a regular basis if you are based out of Copenhagen.

Inclusive approach with a commercial mindset
In this role, the most important aspect will be your engagement and ability to make high-flying strategies come down to earth, so that we can take the steps to realise them. You will further thrive in a setting where nothing is set in stone, and where you get to work with other experts on change and transformation.

Also, you master that amazing balance between empathetically listening and being inclusive and knowing when to be assertive.

While we are very open to various backgrounds, we do expect that you have worked with transformation projects. Besides that, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education e.g., within innovation, business development, transformation or process optimisation
  • Have experience from management consultancy, internal business development or change/transformation projects in a large company
  • Have great communication skills – both written and oral

Join team Awesome – and drive constructive change
We are aiming to become a small, lean team with highly engaged champions of change, who has proven their worth as business developers, change specialists, agile consultants and similar. Our passion is about the destination, the people, and the process itself. We know that change processes are hard, but rewarding; unpredictable, but with the need for planning. And we take pride in inspiring each other and succeeding as a team” says Sune further.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
