You break strategies into concrete initiatives and projects
Based out of either our HQ in Tønder or our new Digital-hub in Copenhagen, you will join the new Digital Transformation Programme Office team, where 4-7 change champions will be leading, facilitating and supporting the digital transformation journey for ECCO with a time horizon of 5 years.
As the transformation lead, you will lead larger projects and initiatives within the digital transformation programme with a focus on trust, collaboration, and value creation. Doing so, you will be the one who brings to life the digital strategy for a specific business area through formulation of actual, tangible projects together with business managers.
Because you are stepping into new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our tasks – but we imagine that you will be:
- Designing, planning and rolling out larger systemic changes across the organisation
- Designing training with internal or external partners
- Working closely with project managers on each project, where you have the bigger and commercial overview and insight
- Contributing to the continuous improvement processes within the team and in selected teams across the organisation
Because we work with global projects, we do expect your role to involve travelling, though this aspect is not completely defined. But we do know that you will be travelling to Tønder on a regular basis if you are based out of Copenhagen.

Also, you master that amazing balance between empathetically listening and being inclusive and knowing when to be assertive.
While we are very open to various backgrounds, we do expect that you have worked with transformation projects. Besides that, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant education e.g., within innovation, business development, transformation or process optimisation
- Have experience from management consultancy, internal business development or change/transformation projects in a large company
- Have great communication skills – both written and oral
