PROVIDE SECOND AND THIRD-LEVEL SUPPORT
Joining Global IT at our HQ in Denmark, you become part of our Cloud Platforms team. The team consists of colleagues based in Denmark, Poland, Indonesia and the US. Together, we work hard to make sure that all our digital platforms are maintained, supported and set up correctly.

We are in the process of adopting a more agile approach – and we would love to hear your input to improve our processes.

Furthermore, you will:

• Provide second and third-level support to Windows Servers, VMware ESXI, vCenter and Azure as you for example guide both colleagues end-users to a more sufficient way of using the platform
• Handle technical documentation and handover to IT projects – e.g., when a solution needs to go from on-Prem to cloud

Expect 5-10 travelling days per year visiting our global sites as you e.g., assist with various IT implementation projects.

CURIOUS, RESPECTFUL AND ALL-ROUND KNOWLEDGE OF IT
You have a problem-solving and analytical mindset. Moreover, you know how to manage multiple concurrent activities independently and change your priorities navigating a dynamic organisation.

As part of a global team, it is important that you understand and respect cultural differences. Moreover, you:

• Bring several years of experience from a similar position 
• Probably have an educational background as an IT administrator or similar
• Know your way around Windows Servers and its features and services 
• Ideally have knowledge of VMware and Azure
• Speak and write English fluently, also at a technical level – Danish is an advantage
