Scrum Master - Copenhagen

Would you like to join our growing and evolving Digital Hub and play a key role in the modernisation and improvement of ECCO eCommerce?

ECCO is leaving behind its monolithic, tightly coupled commerce platforms and moving to a MACH architecture to capitalise on composable commerce.  This will enable us to provide digital experiences that truly delight our consumers, built upon best-of-breed cloud based services that have been developed API-first.

Work is already well underway on delivering the new platform and the stunning new websites for our local markets around the globe, but now as we scale up we are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

Shape the ways of working
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as the ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.  In the role you will:

  • Act as the facilitator for all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ensure the team is adhering to Scrum values and principles
  • Remove any barriers or obstacles that are preventing the team from delivering on their commitments
  • Coach the team on Agile practices and principles
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-maintained and ready for the next Sprint
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Make your experience count
With your past experience as a Scrum Master you will be able to ensure that the Development teams can work effectively, pulling tasks at a sustainable pace and delivery value frequently, fostering engagement and satisfaction.  Your skills might include:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members

If you're passionate about Agile methodologies and have a track record of success as a Scrum Master, we are keen to hear from you.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.

For additional information, you can reach out to Paul Harris, IT Development Director on +45 2018 8794.

At ECCO, you become part of a meaningful, developing and multicultural workplace. You join a global family of more than 21,000 people who are proud to create the footprints of tomorrow.

Headquartered in Denmark, we are a family-owned company that offers international opportunities. Our offices and facilities have an informal culture and relaxed dress code - our shoe code is slightly stricter.

Join us and we guarantee lifelong learning - the speed of progress is up to you. So, if you´re curious, passionate and ready to make an impact, you´ll fit right in.
