Material Management Consultant for SAP MM

      Create a smooth SAP setup across boarders You will become part of our global IT department and join our international Material Management team consisting of our 2 SAP MM consultants based in Thailand and Indonesia and our manager in Bredebro, Denmark, together with you.
        ”Right now, we are working on a SAP MM rollout in Panama, and we have more exciting projects in the pipeline. We will talk about which projects you get to work with when you start,” says Per Thue Olsen, Team Manager SAP.
        Job Profile:
        Joining us, you will both partake in global SAP MM projects and support our business, especially Procurement, with procurement activities run in SAP. Thus, our goal is to avoid any shortage of materials or gaps in the supply chain process within ECCO. More specifically, you:
        • Provide knowledge on SAP MM processes to ensure an optimal setup and you make specifications for our SAP programmers
        • Partake in meetings with stakeholders to clarify and translate their needs into SAP Solutions – and you challenge them to ensure the most optimal setup that fit our business needs
        • Ensure that unit tests are carried out, and sometimes you do the tests yourself
        • Train global colleagues on how to roll out the SAP solutions
        • Document your work
        • Provide third-level support on SAP MM-related issues
        Qualifications and Work Experience:
        Experienced within SAP – and a knack for ABAP As a person, you are structured and have the ability to prioritise your daily tasks in order to create transparency in our processes. You like to work independently as no one is looking over your shoulder. Also, you thrive in a more outgoing role where you will engage with many different stakeholders – and challenge them when needed. Moreover, you bring:
        • Experience with the SAP MM module and you can read ABAP
        • Knowledge of documentation processes
        • Understanding of different business needs and know how to translate them into solutions
        • Fluency in English
