Junior Product Line Manager

Help develop a relevant collection 
Joining the ECCO Dress Casual business unit (BU), you will become part of our Product & Business Team which is responsible for the BU’s product range. The highly social team consists of 5 colleagues, who work closely together to develop and maintain a consumer- and brand-relevant collection.

As our junior product line manager, you will be stepping into a supportive role within the team. Through analysis and by maintaining the collection data set, you will be tying things together, ensuring our foundation for growth.

Moreover, you can look forward to: 

  • Working hands-on in our product lifecycle management (PLM) system
  • Helping execute collection launces through presentations 
  • Analysing order intake and sell-out reporting for BU products 
  • Working with product development, go-to-market and global merchandising to ensure proper range development 
  • Updating product overviews and commercial changes and feeding the Innovator tool with respective information

A team player with a sound commercial understanding 
You are eager to rise to the occasion and tackle the steep learning curve that comes with this role. Moreover, as you will be collaborating not only with our markets but also colleagues from across the ECCO organisation, you will need to be a strong networker who excel at stakeholder management.

In addition, we imagine that you: 

  • Have great analytical skills and a structured approach to your tasks
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related area
  • Are commercially savvy, and if you have knowledge of footwear, fashion, clothing or merchandising this is a huge plus
  • Bring strong communication and presentation skills
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
