Jr. Reporting Analyst

Do you want to support the development of our future collections by providing the all-important data for our decision-making? And would you like to make your mark on the way we operate by helping improve our processes and strategies?

Then grab this opportunity to step into a position where you can grow professionally and make an impact, working alongside experienced colleagues in an organisation that offers many career paths.

Provide solid business reporting
At our HQ in Bredebro, you become part of Operation & Project Management, joining a team consisting of 6 experienced colleagues. Placed at the heart of our organisation, our purpose is to support data-driven decision-making throughout ECCO by providing our Category Management teams and various divisions with vital insights.

As our new junior reporting analyst, you can thus look forward to a varied workday where you will be responsible for producing and delivering strong analytical business reporting.

When input is needed, for instance to make changes to our collections, you are ready to provide the needed data. And you do so collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting not only Category Management but also Quality Assurance, Marketing, Design, etc.

More specifically, your key tasks include:

  • Assessing relevant merchandising and collection KPI’s and ensure that they meet objectives
  • Preparing business documents and presentations for upper management and executives
  • Maintaining a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting
  • Designing and developing reporting tools towards the wider organisation
  • Gathering and structuring relevant data inputs from various teams
  • Identifying gaps within databases and developing processes for better data coverage

The job does offer and require flexibility, and while you can work from home from time to time, we are looking for a colleague who is willing and able to join us at the office, as we value your company and banter.

Data-savvy and self-driven
You are known for your tenacity and resourceful approach to the task at hand, never shying away from giving things a go, but also knowing when to ask for assistance. Navigating an everchanging environment with ease, you know how to prioritise your time, planning your way out of any sudden pressing matter.

Data and systems are your passion, and your finely tuned communication skills enable you to convey relatable data to your co-workers.

In addition, we expect you to:

  • Bring a degree in business combined with a couple of years of experience from a similar position
  • Experience in SAP object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs is beneficial
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI preferred
  • Have general knowledge of business operation, objectives, strategies as well as process and information flow
  • Speak and write English fluently

Join our extended family
As part of a global organisation that owns its entire value chain and is willing to invest in you, you will have plenty of opportunity to develop and grow here, whether it is in another role, function or location.

What is more, you gain great colleagues who truly care for each other. So, if you stumble along the way, you are part of a family that will pick you up and help you get back on track. That’s why we often celebrate 10, 20 and 30-year work anniversaries at ECCO.

Everyone here is really passionate about their work. And within the team, we’re very experienced and know the organisation extremely well, and we’ll gladly share all our knowledge with you” explains Carsten Gude Bjørnskov, Head of Operations & Project Management.
