Global Product Line Manager - Tonder

Can you help us analyse data from our global markets like the US, Asia and EMEA – to provide insights on which products to boost, now and in the near future?

Join ECCO and come walk the world with us. Here, you’ll be part of a growing team with a vibrating atmosphere.

You will look at how to strategically plan and grow our Dress Casual category the next 3-5 years. So, this is a great opportunity for you to deliver on this area’s potential” says Dan Frisk Petersen, Sr. Business & Product Line Manager.

Analyse market trends – and give advice
Joining the ECCO Dress Casual business unit (BU), you will become part of our Product & Business team, which is responsible for the BU’s product range. Your team consists of 5 highly social colleagues, who work closely together to develop and maintain a consumer- and brand-relevant collection.

You will monitor, gather and analyse data from our global markets and the feedback we get continuously. You will extract the most crucial points: how does a specific collection perform? What is most popular, what is not?

Via data, you will recommend which way to go and help us build a product range and collection that meets all market needs. Doing so, you will be driving your own products from idea to launch.

More specifically, you will:

  • Analyse data from our order intake and sell-out reporting
  • Extract data e.g. in Power BI, Excel or PowerPoint
  • Work with product development, go-to-market and global merchandising to ensure proper range development
  • Occasionally present collections to key stakeholders within ECCO
  • Inspire and coach the ECCO organisation on how to manage collections based on consumer needs and demands

Experience with analyses – and curious about shoes
You are structured with an analytical and strategic mindset, enabling you to take responsibility for the collection and its development.

Moreover, you are a strong networker who excel at stakeholder management. This is essential, as you will be collaborating not only with our markets but also colleagues from across the ECCO organisation.

In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Are commercially savvy
  • Have 3+ years of experience with analysis and number crunching
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related area
  • Bring strong communication and presentation skills
  • Speak and write English effortlessly

Join our extended family
As you will be operating at a global level, this position offers you international exposure and the opportunity to become part of a great global network.

Moreover, you can look forward to becoming a part of a laid-back and fun-loving team of colleagues who truly enjoy each other’s company. Here, you will have a lot of freedom to plan your time, with the possibility to work from home on occasion.

The way I see it, we’re not only co-workers, we’re friends. So to me, it’s a very wholesome setting you’ll be joining” concludes Dan.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
