Execution Manager

Are you great at challenging your team, making key decisions and following up on all details – in other words, be the solid foundation of a new, excellent team? And do you want to work with big, digital transformation projects in a global company?

We are building a new team purely consisting of change specialists – and we have a strong mandate to drive digital transformation across ECCO. I would like to call us “Team Awesome”, because this is the best team you will ever work in” says Digital Transformation Programme Director Sune Edmund Pedersen.

Ensuring that projects are executed in a timely manner
Based out of either our HQ in Tønder or our new Digital-hub in Copenhagen, you will join the new Digital Transformation Programme Office team, where 4-7 change champions will be leading, facilitating and supporting the digital transformation journey for ECCO with a time horizon of 5 years.

As the execution manager, you will manage a range of project coordinator tasks, taking the lead on making sure that what we plan actually gets done.

As this is a new team, nothing is set in stone yet, but we imagine that you will be working with:

  • Addressing, assigning and executing operational tasks
  • Assisting in making sure that the team performs and delivers
  • Keeping track of financials
  • Participating in the organising of trainings, travels and events with other team members
  • Handling suppliers and partners

On occasion, there might be the option to travel to other ECCO destinations for e.g., events and workshops. If you are based out of Copenhagen, there will definitely be regular visits to Tønder.

You have a high energy level and a “get things done” mindset
With a keen eye for both details and the big picture, combined with a natural alarm clock for deadlines, you have the ability to know when and what to push to make things happen.

Also, you have a great, infectious energy level, and you thrive with “ticking boxes” before you go home for the day.

We are very open to various backgrounds since your motivation and personality are the most important aspects of this position. We do imagine that you might have:

  • Experience as an event organiser, project coordinator or personal assistant
  • Professional English skills in both speech and writing
  • A commercial mindset, so that you understand the hows and whats of a global organisation

Join team Awesome – and drive constructive change
We are aiming to become a small, lean team with highly engaged champions of change, who has proven their worth as business developers, change specialists, agile consultants and similar. Our passion is about the destination, the people, and the process itself. We know that change processes are hard, but rewarding; unpredictable, but with the need for planning. And we take pride in inspiring each other and succeeding as a team” says Sune further.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.

For additional information, you can reach out to Sune Edmund Pedersen, Digital Transformation Programme Director, on +45 5221 6005.
