Change Manager

Do you want to work with hands-on aspects of big transformation projects and really put ideas and visions into action? And are you ready to make an impact on a global company embarking on a wide-reaching change journey?

We are building a new team purely consisting of change specialists – and we have a strong mandate to drive digital transformation across ECCO. I would like to call us “Team Awesome”, because this is the best team you will ever work in” says Digital Transformation Programme Director Sune Edmund Pedersen.

Be hands-on and close to our stakeholders
Based out of either our HQ in Tønder or our new Digital-hub in Copenhagen, you will join the new Digital Transformation Programme Office team, where 4-7 change champions will be leading, facilitating and supporting the digital transformation journey for ECCO with a time horizon of 5 years.

As our change manager, you will be engaging with stakeholders all the way through the digital transformation process, ensuring that the desired changes in systems, processes and behaviour is accomplished. As such, you will have a high level of interaction with the people affected most by the digital transformation.

Because you are stepping into new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our tasks – but we imagine that you will be:

  • Defining and running hands-on experiments and projects with business and functional leads in order to reach the business goals of the transformation
  • Developing engaging and transformative training programs in order to build momentum and get everyone on board the change
  • Coaching the teams in new ways of working based on the new operating model in order to achieve the behavioural goals of the transformation
  • Creating materials and presentations for training sessions, informational settings, etc.

Because we work with global projects, we do expect your role to involve travelling, though this aspect is not completely defined. But we do know that you will be travelling to Tønder on a regular basis if you are based out of Copenhagen.

Transformation experience and excellent communication skills
One of the things that motivates you the most is the possibility to operate hands-on and work closely with the people affected by your efforts. You also have great people skills, enabling you to easily embrace colleagues at all professional levels, whether you are doing a workshop with Marketing or a training session with Production.

You will further thrive in a setting where nothing is set in stone, and where you get to work with other experts on change and transformation.

While we are very open to various backgrounds, we do expect that you have worked with transformation projects. Besides that, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education e.g., within innovation, business development, transformation or process optimisation
  • Have a keen and active interest in digital trends
  • Have knowledge of agile tools and methods

Join team Awesome – and drive constructive change
We are aiming to become a small, lean team with highly engaged champions of change, who has proven their worth as business developers, change specialists, agile consultants and similar. Our passion is about the destination, the people, and the process itself. We know that change processes are hard, but rewarding; unpredictable, but with the need for planning. And we take pride in inspiring each other and succeeding as a team” says Sune further.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.

For additional information, you can reach out to Sune Edmund Pedersen, Digital Transformation Programme Director, on +45 5221 6005.
