Change Communication Expert

Do you want to be the one to shape a passionate story line about the major digital transformation that ECCO is about to embark on? And are you ready to work across the company with other change-driven leaders and colleagues?

We are building a new team purely consisting of change specialists – and we have a strong mandate to drive digital transformation across ECCO. I would like to call us “Team Awesome”, because this is the best team you will ever work in” says Digital Transformation Programme Director Sune Edmund Pedersen.

You create and communicate the narrative of ECCO’s digital transformation
Based out of either our HQ in Tønder or our new Digital-hub in Copenhagen, you will join the new Digital Transformation Programme Office team, where 4-7 change champions will be leading, facilitating and supporting the digital transformation journey for ECCO with a time horizon of 5 years.

Where are we in 20 years? And in 5? How has the current digital landscape and the digital transformation process influenced ECCO? As our change communication expert, you own the key messages for the digital transformation, ensuring that the team communicates frequently, meaningfully, and at times, untraditionally.

Because you are stepping into a new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our tasks – but we imagine that you will be:

  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels to build and maintain the narrative for the digital transformation
  • Developing change communication elements for the training programs for leaders
  • Developing a storyline and a narrative with your team and key stakeholders
  • Driving communication on all necessary digital channels
  • Inspiring and assisting other team members in communication tasks

Because we work with global projects, we do expect your role to involve travelling, though this aspect is not completely defined. But we do know that you will be travelling to Tønder on a regular basis if you are based out of Copenhagen.

You have a passion for words and digital transformation
Thinking in narratives and targeted communication comes naturally to you, and you are always one creative and communicative step ahead when participating in project development.

You will further thrive in a setting where nothing is set in stone, and where you get to work with other experts on change and transformation.

We also imagine that you have:

  • A keen and active interest in digital trends
  • Experience with change communication as part of an agile or digital transformation from e.g., consultancies or internal change programs in larger organisations
  • Knowledge of agile tools and methods

Join team Awesome – and drive constructive change
We are aiming to become a small, lean team with highly engaged champions of change, who has proven their worth as business developers, change specialists, agile consultants and similar. Our passion is about the destination, the people, and the process itself. We know that change processes are hard, but rewarding; unpredictable, but with the need for planning. And we take pride in inspiring each other and succeeding as a team” says Sune further.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.

For additional information, you can reach out to Sune Edmund Pedersen, Digital Transformation Programme Director on +45 5221 6005.
