Application Architect

Are you excited about joining a newly established international team where you get to take our ServiceNow set-up to the next level?

Then support us on our journey to become more digitalised as you will be operationally and strategically responsible for our use of ServiceNow as single point of contact for the internal IT organisation.

Because the team is brand new, you will get a unique opportunity to help us define the framework for how we improve ServiceNow here and now and what our goals for the future should be,” says Susan Hvam Sølvbjærg, Head of Service IT Delivery.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that we make the right adjustments to ServiceNow and keep these clearly prioritised. You will start some of these initiatives yourself as you will update yourself on the newest developments within ServiceNow. You will also receive requests from internal IT teams and other business areas currently using the platform as you collaborate proactively with them to improve our set-up.

You will also continuously assess if ServiceNow could be used profitably in new parts of the organisation. Along the way, you will make sure that we stick to using and implementing standardised ServiceNow solutions as much as possible.
Moreover, some of your most important tasks will be to:

  • Act as problem coordinator and be overall responsible for problem-solving
  • Develop our strategy for ServiceNow in collaboration with internal IT and business stakeholders and develop supporting road maps
  • Formulate business cases for introducing ServiceNow to new business areas
  • Act as a project lead on various ServiceNow projects, e.g. the implementation of new modules both technologically and in terms of work processes
  • Manage other IT-related projects

You are good at taking on the broad strategic perspective and transforming your ideas to concrete tasks. Understanding the work processes of your colleagues from other parts of the organisation comes easily to you, and you take pride in creating the solutions that help them the most.
Professionally, we imagine that you:

  • At a minimum have a professional bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Have some years of experience with IT project management and the strategic and operational handling of ServiceNow or a similar IT service management system
  • Have experience with project management within IT from an international context
  • Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a requirement

You will join our newly established Excellence Centre which will be the hub of all our activity concerning ServiceNow. The platform has a big potential for growth and improvement within our global organisation, so you can look forward to having a central position and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders.

The Excellence Centre is a truly international team currently consisting of two colleagues working abroad at other locations, and we are still in the middle of recruiting a third colleague. The team is a part of our IT Service Delivery department, where we are all driven by a wish to be as helpful to our colleagues in other business areas as possible as we improve our IT services and our own expertise.

We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
For additional information, you can reach out to Susan Hvam Sølvbjærg, Head of Service IT Delivery, using mail: or phone: +45 5129 4955.
