Do you want to be a key player in moving ECCO Global IT from a traditional IT organisation to a Tech House with business led partnerships around development, operations, and infrastructure - and where your finest task is to lead change through others?
“We are building an Agile Community of Practice among people with a wide diversity of background – and there is so much potential. But we really need agile experts to guide and help. The team of coaches is essential for the journey and I am putting my faith in them – so let’s get the best people onboard” says Kira Nielsen, Global Director of Planning, Delivery, and Agile Practice
You know your agile stuff and love a challenge
Based in our HQ in Tønder, you will join the new Agile Practice team, where 4 agile coaches across the world will be leading, facilitating and supporting the agile transformation in ECCO Global IT. We have only just started and there are amble opportunities for you to dream and shape the path forward.
Because you are stepping into new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our agile journey – but we imagine that you will be:
- Part of designing our agile operating model in collaboration with the leadership team
- Coaching leaders and teams
- Drive the formation and facilitation of necessary communities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement processes within the teams and across the organisation
- Design necessary onboarding for many new colleagues
- and of course all the things your sharp mind knows, that we others don’t see 😊
Inclusive approach with a value mindset
In this role, the most important aspect will be your ability to help everybody to make sense of new terminology and practices from a human and business perspective. Bring fluffy stuff down to earth, so that we are motivated to take the numerous small steps to realise our dreams.
You will further thrive in a setting where nothing is set in stone, and where you get to work with other experts and novices in a beautiful mix.
Also, you master that amazing balance between empathetically listening and being inclusive and knowing when to be assertive. We believe your words can move mountains!
While we are very open to various backgrounds, we do as a minimum expect that you have worked in a similar role before.
Join the agile coaches’ team – and drive a mindset change to unlock the value!
“We are aiming to have a small, lean team with highly engaged agile coaches, who has proven their worth as scrum masters, agile coaches, product owners and similar. Our passion must be about the people, the processes and unlocking all the energy and potential in the organisation. I hope we’ll take pride in inspiring each other and succeeding as a team” says Kira further.
Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
