Order Fulfilment Team Lead

As an Order Fulfilment Team lead,  He/she will be working in a fast paced dynamic environment, often balancing several priorities at the same time with internal and external stakeholders.

He/she is responsible for global market’s orders related follow ups and ensuring deliveries On Time In Full (OTIF) as well as managing the performance of the team.

 

The incumbent is required to communicate actively and understand the customers’ requirements/ priorities and manage the day to day operation to optimize delivery and meet customers’ expectation.

 

The general responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the followings:

Core Functions:

  • Manage coach and drive team members to meet operational goals and targets

  • Responsible for smooth running of day to day operations of order fulfilment team to achieve deliveries On time in full “OTIF”

  • Point of escalation for global region’s in relation to any matters relation to order fulfilment or related enquiries.

  • Alignment with markets on order deliveries and rules for all new requirements and ensuring information are channel appropriately for executions.

  • Oversee and ensure all processes related to order fulfilment are adhered according to rules and guidelines but not compromising  on providing creative / flexible solutions to meet customer’s delivery expectations.

  • Identify areas of inefficiencies, initiate and lead improvements or process alignments internally or with various stakeholders to improve customer’s fulfilment rates

  • Understanding system logic in order to troubleshoot and rectify error on orders for deliveries

  • Proactively liaise with supply planning for possible improvement of production plans to minimize airfreight or delays of shipment.

  • Monitor and feedback on sales orders status to the markets not limited to product delays impacts and delivery expectations

  • Proactively liaise and communicate with internal PDC planners to ensure all required orders are delivered accordingly and follow up on delivery status.

  • Informing of delays or changes of schedules during in-transit to the markets and liaise with Global Freight team and forwarders to propose for alternatives if needed.

  • Follow ups on investigations for escalated cases and ensure issues or complains are resolved with proper closure

  • Supports and prepare reports and KPIs to stakeholders

  • Ensure achievements of KPI targets

  • Responsible for team’s coaching, performance and appraisal

  • Other work tasks assigned by management

Others:

  • Establish & maintain SOPs for all processes related to order fulfilment.

  • Manage and report non-conformance issues, provide and execute corrective action plans

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Support and/or coordinate other tasks as appointed by the company
