You know your agile stuff and love a challenge
You will join the new Agile Practice team, where 4 agile coaches across the world will be leading, facilitating, and supporting the agile transformation in ECCO Global IT. We have only just started and there are ample opportunities for you to shape the path forward. Because you are stepping into a new team and a new position, you will have a great deal of impact on how we approach our agile journey – but we imagine that you will be:
- Part of designing our agile operating model in collaboration with the leadership team
- Coaching leaders and teams
- Drive the formation and facilitation of necessary communities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement processes within the teams and across the organisation
- Design necessary onboarding for many new colleagues and of course all the things your sharp mind knows, that we others don’t see
