As an ECCO NextGen on the General Management career track, you will join the team responsible for our retail growth within ECCO Asia Pacific. On this commercial track, you will be covering a broad range of areas across retail, e-commerce and product merchandising through on- and off-line activities.

GET EXPOSURE TO ALL OPERATIONS WITHIN ECCO'S ASIA PACIFIC REGION.

During the programme you will work closely with ECCO Asia Pacific management to fast track sales in the region, by learning about e-commerce, retail and wholesale, and everything this entails, from financials and supply chain to sales and business development. As an ECCO NextGen you will be given the opportunity to prove your natural leadership skills during and beyond the programme.

Job Profile:

You will get exposure to:

• Driving retail initiatives in the Asia Pacific region
• Product merchandising
• Business development activities and business intelligence
• Defining best practice processes for retail and omni-channel approahces
• Retail finance

Qualifications and Work Experience:

To succeed in this position, you possess a commercial and global mindset and are results driven with a can-do attitude. Our ECCO NextGens' thrive on challenges, bringing an innovative approach to problem solving, enjoy working independently and in a team, and have excellent networking and stakeholder management skills. Excellent command of oral and written English is a must and knowledge of other lanugages is a distinct advantage.

You have a Masters' degree, with a focus on Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred

You have previous experience within and passion for retail

You are ambitious and hardworking, with an eye for detail

You enjoy having many things to do at the same time and working in a regularly changing environment in an autonomous role

We are particularly interested in Asian nationals, particularly from Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea
