As an ECCO NextGen on the demand planning career track you will gain a good business understanding and insight into ECCO's value chain, particularly into the requirements of demand planning on a regional level.

During the programme, you will have exposure to several areas of demand planning throughout the company, in order to become an integral member of the demand planning team for ECCO Americas. As an ECCO NextGen you will be given the opportunity to prove your natural leadership skills both during and beyond the programme.

Job Profile:

• Forecasting and sales planning
• Buy planning
• Supply chain and logistics planning
• Value chain optimisation including improved transparency
• Business development, logistics projects and operations management
• Warehouse operation management and distribution centre operations

Qualifications and Work Experience:

To succeed in this position, you possess a commercial and global mindset and are results driven with a can-do attitude. Our ECCO NextGens' thrive on challenges, bringing an innovative approach to problem solving, enjoy working independently and in a team, and have excellent networking and stakeholder management skills. Excellent command of oral and written English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a distinct advantage.

You have a Masters' degree in any Supply Chain Management or manufacturing related discipline

You have strong analytical, organizational and decision making skills

You have a keen eye for detail

You have advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)

This position will be based in the United States upon completion of the programme and US work authorization is required. US sponsorship is not available for this position.
