Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to be based in our Singpore HQ Office.

Travel & Accommodation Management

  • Coordinate and book flight, hotel, and transportation for employees on business trip
  • Assist on Business Visas application and invitation letters
  • Assist to book accommodation for incoming visitors

 

Office Maintenance

  • Point of contact to contact for repair/maintenance
  • In charge of all logistics for conferences/ workshop, such as booking of meeting room, arrange tea breaks and lunch
  • Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office premise

 

General Admin Support Duties

  • Handle new born baby hamper/ vouchers, condolences wreath
  • Monitor supply of pantry supplies & office stationery
  • Assist the functional directors with travel expenses claims
  • Printing & Binding of general materials
  • Provide data entry and reporting support to the department
  • To back-up Receptionist during her absent
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assign

 

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Required skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), SAP, good interpersonal skills, meticulous
  • Good command in written and spoken English
